Hey Dogamers! 🐾 Spring is in full bloom, and so is the DOGAMÍ universe! Here’s a recap of the latest features, upgrades, and surprises. Whether you’ve minted a new Abstract Gamma Dogamí NFT, staked your $DOGA inn the new Farming programs, or joined recent events, here’s what you might’ve missed! 👇

Abstract Gamma Mint 💚

The DOGAMÍ Gamma mint on Abstract was nothing short of a wild ride, and through it all, our community proved once again that nothing can stop Dogamers!

The mint rolled out in three distinct phases:

A guaranteed free mint for Abstract Cosmetics role holders for one hour
A DOGALIST mint for 2 hours
The Public mint, open to all ending on 12 March at 7 PM CET.

Despite the hurdles — Twitter’s DDoS meltdown, a few mint page hiccups on Magic Eden, 1,286 Dogamí were minted with five brand new breeds entering the DOGAMÍ universe.

Alaskan Malamute, Doberman, Dalmatian, Dachshund, and Saint Bernard.

Scarcity Boost & Airdrop Surprise 🔥
Midway through the mint, we also announced 2 major updates:

Total Supply Cut: We reduced the mint supply from 4,000 to 3,000, raising the scarcity and exclusivity of this collection.
Airdrop Bonus: All community members who minted at least 2 NFTs (in the public phase), received an additional free DOGAMÍ Gamma Abstract Box to open.

Meet Your New Breeds 🐶

With the Abstract mint came five new Dogamí breeds, each bringing their own unique edge to the Academy. Here’s how they stack up:

The Alaskan Malamute is built for power, not speed. Malamutes shine in Might and Water challenges. Ever played with a Chow Chow? They’re kind of like that!

The Doberman is the speedster of the pack, with excellent Velocity and Jump skills. They’ll struggle a bit in the water and in instinct-heavy races. It’s all down to how you train your Dogamí though ;)

Dalmatians are a fairly versatile breed but they are also very intuitive! They’ll blast through the purple sections of the race tracks in no time at all. Pay attention to their Balance and Might skills where they may fall short!

These sausages dogs might be small but they have fantastic balance skills (low centre of gravity) and they are also very instinctive! Don’t expect Dachshunds to be great at jumping.

Saint Bernards boast incredible Might and solid Swim and Instinct stats. Don’t be surprised if you get left behind on the velocity segments of the race tracks… These guys are slow-moving tanks!

🎁 Lootbox Upgrades: Enhanced Rewards Await!

Speaking of Materials, we recently revamped our lootboxes in DOGAMÍ Academy based on community feedback:

🔵 VEGA SPHERE: Now contains 180 Common (100% Tier 1) materials.
🔴 ANTARES SPHERE: Now contains 240 Uncommon (100% Tier 2) materials.
🟡 CAPELLA SPHERE: Now contains 300 Rare (100% Tier 3) materials.

Pet-Sitting Now Available on Abstract! 🐕

Shortly after the mint, we rolled out the pet-sitting option for Abstract Dogamí allowing pet-sitters to play with an Abstract Dogamí and earn $DOGA, while owners can rent them out.
