Dogamers, it’s time to get your champions ready! In honour of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, DOGAMÍ is proud to present the DOGALYMPICS! 🏅

Whilst regular athletes from all over the world come together to celebrate competition and sportsmanship in the Olympic Games, the DOGALYMPICS unites all Dogamers in a week-long event where your Dogamí’s skills are put to the test in triathlon-style and single skill events!

Uniting Dogamers for a Common Goal — 350K Races! 🏁

Dogamers will take part in the DOGALYMPICS in DOGAMÍ Academy over 7 days from July 29 at 2 PM CET to August 5, 2 PM CET.

It’s up to you to complete a total of 350K races and unlock huge rewards, via milestones, along the way. Each of the 4 different milestones rewards players with STARS and consumable prizes:

Milestone 1 (50K Races): 5,000 STARS per player + Light Consumables Pack
Milestone 2 (125K Races): 20,000 STARS per player + Medium Consumables Pack
Milestone 3 (250K races): 50,000 STARS per player + Big Consumables Pack
Milestone 4 (350K races): 100,000 STARS per player + Maxi Consumables Pack

How do I Join the Fun? 🎮

It’s simple to join the DOGALYMPICS and anyone can do so (whether you’re a Dogamí holder or not). More of this will be covered in the rules version below.

Download DOGAMÍ Academy: If you haven’t yet, download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Race to Win: Participate in as many races as you can (any PvE and PvP event counts) whether it’s with your Alpha, Gamma or Iron Dogamí
Unlock milestones: Each time players reach the milestones, you unlock the associated prizes. The more races you complete, the better the rewards.

A progression bar will be available on our website so that you can track the Dogamers’ united progress. 📈

New Challenges Each Day 💪

Alongside the regular PvE and PvP races you play, the DOGALYMPICS will include a new PvP event, each day:

Day 1: Triathlon (a tri-skill event!)
Day 2: Athletics (who’s the fastest?)
Day 3: Diving (get your paws wet!)
Day 4: Rugby (the Might power maybe useful here…)
Day 5: Gymnastics (can your Dogamí jump?)
Day 6: Skating (hope your Dogamí has a good sense of balance?)
Day 7: Climbing (does your Dogamí like heights?)

To play in these events you will need to have a level 5 Dogamí minimum. Just like in regular events, your position dictates what you win but every single race counts towards a global goal!

The DOGALYMPICS FAQ 📜

We’ve set up a few requirements that all Dogalympians must meet but the rest of the rules remain straightforward.

Who can participate?

Anyone — you do not have to be a holder to take part in the races that you are collectively trying to achieve.

Who receives rewards?

Only Dogamí NFT holders (Alpha or Gamma) or Pet-sitters are eligible to receive the rewards.

To be eligible (whether you own a Dogamí or pet-sit one), you need to complete at least 14 races (2 per day) during this week long event event. You can complete these races however you want throughout the week.

Which Dogamí are playable?

Dogamí (NFTs and Iron) can participate in the races.

Who can participate in the new PvP events?

Dogamí NFTs only that are at least level 5 (League Amateur I and upwards).

Are Milestone Prizes cumulative?

No. Whatever milestone you’ve achieved by the end of the week, is the one you get the specific awards for. For example, if everyone achieves milestone 3 (250K races) but not milestone 4, each player will only get 50,000 STARS each and the big consumables pack, you don’t get the rewards from Milestone 1 and 2 as well.

If a Milestone is achieved but the next one is not met, what do you get?

Here’s an example: If milestone 1 is met (50K races) but in total you complete 75K, you’ll still get the rewards from milestone 1.

Does the Pet-sitting affect this at all?

Yes. All races count towards the milestones, however:

1) If you do not have a Dogamí yourself but you pet-sit one, you will be eligible for rewards.
2) If you have listed your Dogamí for pet-sitting and they are being raced by other players, you (the owner) will not receive any rewards (unless of course you’re actively racing one of your own Dogamí (and complete at least 14 races).
